Just had the absolute best experience ever buying a vehicle. Plus this was sight unseen! My salesman Tom Truex is very knowledgeable, transparent, professional and most of all HONEST! They shipped me the car all the way to South Carolina. You cannot tell this car from a brand new one. It’s unbelievable and way exceeded my expectations! My salesmen Tom did an outstanding job for me. The deal from start to finish went fantastic! Tom even delivered my Escalade to me all the way over here in Eastern Washington 10:30 at night. We started working on the deal about 6pm and by 10:30 it was sitting in my driveway. You just don't see this kind of service anymore; I highly recommend Speedway and Tom!!!
We brought our 2005 Silverado to Speedway over the course of a few years. Each time, we were told how hard it was to order replacement parts. But they performed the repairs. We took the truck home and found the problem still existed. Also, we took my 2014 Exquinox to get the standard oil change, tire rotation, etc. Afterward, I was told that I needed a new sensor for one of my tires, which would be "pricey".
