I originally brought my vehicle in for a shimmy, but they completely failed to diagnose the broken control arm the first and second times they had it. To make matters worse, the technician actually admitted to spending less than a minute inspecting my car. I also bought this $40,000 trailer from them. Called Holly to inform her that I had a time sensitive issue to take my trailer off the lot of a private property owner. She had said they would do whatever they can to pick up the trailer once James gets back from his vacation. She sounded very accommodating and willing to support me through this process. Im ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED with this company website and there used cars. I was very interested with this car like was down to go and buy this car. when I showed up to the speedway Chevrolet and realized the car wasn’t there and the website says absolutely NOTHING about the car being somewhere else like the number and location went to the Speedway Chevrolet. they never gave me an actual website just some random directions on where the WHOLE DIFFERENT dealership that was 30 minutes away.
