I took my chevy cruze in for an oil change and the engine light had been on for quite some time but it had something to do with the massive intake valve was out of self test range. They changed the oil...I had not had it changed since I bought it so the oil was beyond sludgey...they changed it and assured me I was good to go. Got halfway home and my engine light came back on flashing this time and smoke coming from the engine!! I had to have it towed back to dealership and they told me I needed a new motor?? Jeff Gross and Speedway really helped me when I needed it. Unfortunately I had to use the lemon law on my previous truck I purchased from a different dealer. They put up with me for the 6 months it took and even gave me a loaner car for a few days while paper work was completed. Great place!!
Service department is by far the worst I’ve felt with .
I haven't bought a car from you guys but I'd just like to say your guy's jokes on that digital billboard by 522 are amazing. There's not many times I'm laughing out loud while driving to work at 3am. Keep up the great work!
Yes, I have edited this review... After some frustration before even arriving at the dealership, I have to say the final result was more than satisfactory. Jeff did a great job with finding exactly what we wanted at the price we specified. Even got a lil extra service plan and extended warranty without going over our budgeted amount.
The service department quoted me (in writing) $600 on March 16, 2018 to replace the driver's side electric door lock switch on my 2009 Malibu. I said no thank you, and I went online & bought the AC / Delco switch (same switch as factory) for $21 including tax and shipping, and replaced the switch myself in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES.
