We are extremely disappointed and saddened that this company is representing U-Haul. Can't they find any company in this area that has some professionalism and halfway decent customer service? We contacted this "business" on Jan 25th, 2010, regarding a question we had and from the very beginning to the very end of both calls, were treated very rudely and with extreme disrespect.
