I own a 2018 Nissan Maxima Dark Pearl Blue. I live close to the River Rd location in Bowling Green. I have a speed wash pass monthly plan. I love the convenience of driving my car through and vacuuming it at the same location. BUT since the purchase of this new car and pass I’ve ran my car through several times since January, After the first few times I noticed new scratches on the windows, trunk deck, hood. The next time I used this car wash I talked to the guys( standing around on their phones) and explained to them the issue. I asked them to cycle it before I went through, they hit a button and 5 seconds later they said it was cleaned and ready to enter. I trusted that they knew what they were doing and I proceeded with the wash, immediately I noticed new scratches and I called one of the attendants over and explained the issue while vacuuming the car... During that conversation I asked them to do a better job with the truck beds coming through because I had notable scratches on my well cared for car. Mind you we had this conversation multiple times after asking them to cycle the system to clean it before I entered. I went through again after they cycled they cleaning system and noticed new scratches and asking to speak to a district manager and Was told they would call me, no one called. This was during my conversation the last time I went through that I had new scratch on my chrome around the window and I was told that they “try” to catch every truck going through but it was merely impossible to catch em all, they also told me they had customers get upset with them in the past because they didn’t want to attend to the bed of their trucks before entering. I was really nice all times to these guys. I’m sure they all remember my request to do something different with the work trucks before they got loaded onto the belt. I’m not buying the excuse of we can’t catch em all before they enter the was because they have anywhere between 3 standing around taking and on their phones where you pay at and 1 or some times 2 where you load onto the conveyor to enter. Again. This all was explained to in person before the wash and after, and I called on two occasions after the car went through to no avail, and no resolution. It’s a slap in the face to purchase a pass and them not give a care in the world as to the damage that the wash is doing to new car And to do nothing different is a understatement. I live and work close to this location but will not go back till someone higher up contacts me and tells me this issue has been fixed. I’ve basically paid for my new ride to be permanently scratched up and they could careless. We hand washed it today and will be looking to do something different.
