The Speedvale Pet Hospital really pulled through for our little Biskit! They are compassionate and considerate for Biskit, our time and money. Biskit had a bum emergency and they were able to book us in right away with the best care and treatments. We took several trips to this pet hospital and many follow up phone calls and they always provided the most excellent service even when we call so last minute. Huge thank you to the vet team here and Dr. Myrna for explaining everything so clearly and with such compassion. Highly r... read more
It's been a couple of days since my last visit with the vets at Speedvale Pet Hospital. My dog Bean and I started with Speedvale Pet Hospital with Dr. Basak since at least 2019. An amazing veterinary clinic Besides the brunette receptionist. She was awfully rude over the phone and instead of communicating when I showed up for my vet appointment she Didn’t acknowledge me and just directed me to the room and close the door behind me The vet the vet technician everything to do with this place is amazing. Just reception needs to be worked on.
I always feel so comfortable here and they always give me the best advice and make sure my dog is the healthiest she can be. Dr. B and the rest of the staff are so patient and sweet with my Stella as well ❤️ I know she’s in the best hands at this clinic.
I’ve been to plenty of clinics over the years, but Speedvale is honestly in a league of its own. Every time I walk in, I feel like my toby is actually being cared for, not just rushed through. Dr. B and Dr. M always take the time to explain what’s going on and never make me feel like my questions are annoying or anything. Their mix of kindness and knowledge has made a huge difference for my pets. And the front-end team, they’re amazing. Emily always goes out of her way to keep things smooth and organized, even when I’m kin... read more
