Back on the bike in no time after a major refurbishment, can say it feels like a bike. Thanks for your efforts in getting the replacement parts and sourcing my not so standard ride.
Went there few days ago for my bike's brake. Very welcoming people and they know what they dop all with reasonable fees.
Useless ppl, you need an appointment even to fix a thing that should take 3 minutes to repair.
Had multiple issues with a bike from kmart. I booked a full service but was on wait list .l called in on my way home and explained the situation and he said let's have a look. Glen was having lunch yet he put bike on the rack and changed brake pad , how is that for service. What a professional . Showed me some alternative bikes in price range and what to look for. I'm on the wait list, no wonder they are busy. Awesome service . Thank you Glen.
