Brought my daughters bike from Speedlite, customer service was excellent and made some minor alterations to make it more comfortable!
I was told it would cost over $120 to fix a kids bike, when all it needed was air in the tyres. Another lovely man at the bike shop in Russell St did it for nothing and refused to take any money for it. So glad I got another opinion.
Fast service, friendly staff, and clear about what needed fixing. Price was fair—happy to recommend them.
Took my old 26” stumpy in for a service as it had been basically run into the ground. It’s now running as good as new and once again Glen and the crew gave good value. Honest assessment, no up sell and very knowledgeable. Old school mountain bike shops!
What a great store! I'm very happy shopping at Speedlite Cycles, been doing so for over 20 years. I've bought a bunch of cool bikes from them, and many bike parts including bottles, racks, bags, helmets, tools, lubes, mirrors, riding shoes, clipless pedals, etc. The guys here are awesome!
