I’ve taken my car through this wash almost twice a week over the past 6 months, and it has just continued to go downhill. There is always soap left behind, bugs still stuck to the front, and dirt left on the back bumper like it barely got touched. The vacuums have gotten worse to the point they won’t even pick up a broken leaf, and nothing ever seems to be maintained. Used to be a good car wash but hasn't been great past few months. Vacuums aren't as powerful as they use to be and the last 2 days in a row I drove over to clean car out with kids and it's closed. No signs explaining why and no one answers phone. Came at 4pm both times and sign says open till 7pm. I pay for a monthly wash but it hasn't been open most times I pop in to use it so I'm a bit angry I am just spending money

Most the vacuums don't work and the employees don't want to do their job. When they use hand signals for you to be in place they'll motion their hands real fast sure, but when you go by their direction, they move you forward too far and then motion for you to go back all with this attitude when all you've done is follow their direction. The cleaning of the vehicle is ok but the rest of the service is sup par at best. 2 stars
