FALSE ADVERTISING? Went in convenience store cause they had a sign up advertising purchase a Pepsi recieve a free newspaper. Was informed that deal was over and they weren't going to honor it even though the ad was in the window! Will not be doing business in the store and contemplating cancelling my car wash plan if this is how you do business!
I been here a few times before and today ended to be the worst experience of customer service I received, omg, getting chased off only because I told the cashier (blonde long hair gal) if you have these car wipes available when I got my change, we wouldn't have this issue! But she insisted I leave her property, either she got up wrong side of the bed or one wrong word tips her off, I work in customer service and if you can't remain calm when your customer makes a complaint then you don't belong there. I have driven by the car wash many a time but finally stopped and I am happy to have done so. Strong vacuum strength and clean car are exactly what the Dr ordered and I got! Thanks Speedi Car Wash! I will return.
