LATEST UPDATE: The owner took care of the issue after I had no choice but to contact him directly after getting nothing but excuses and lack of accountability from the manager. The owner was professional, communicative, and understanding. Thank goodness for that. Hopefully management can learn some customer service skills because YIKES.
