Amber is great. She's very knowledgeable!!
I'm a first time customer on 01/10/26 and was greeted when I pulled up for a oil changed by the most knowledgeable manager Amber. She explained once started on my car what was needed. And that made me very pleased. I have been taking my car back to the dealership for my oil changed for 14 years. But, now I found a new place to now get it done. Thanks to the manager Amber and her team on Rabon Rd columbia sc.
Just wanted to let the world about the amazing customer service I received from Amber(the manager) and Mr. Black. I had to work today but I knew my tires needed to be balanced. I called and spoke with Amber. She came to my job and picked my car up for me and that's something she didn't have to do. Her and Black went and balanced my tires then brought me my car back. I'm very thankful for the kindness they showed to me as well as other customers. Keep up the great work that you guys are doing.
