I normally go to Precision Tune but this was an ER change and they were closed. I see why Precision is my spot this place is 35.99 and up for an oil change precision 21.00 with taxes included smh

Scare tactics used to pressure & oversell services – I only needed an oil change. Techs at SpeeDee get minimal training for basic service & sales. They are NOT actual mechanics. Service techs used scare tactics to try and pressure & oversell me service I didn't need. They will show you pictures of dirty engine and warn you that you will breakdown if you ignore their recommendation. I'll never use them again – The front desk clerk with the braids was ridiculously rude. I was the owner of the place, I would fire her in a second. You should have seen the faces of customers after she had dealt with them. Plus when the owner would enter the office her whole attitude would change, like she was this friendly, helpful person, and then she would take this dramatic turn when he left the office.
