Very Happy very professional
Lack of communication in regards to services provided. Services were recommended by the employee but a different and more expensive service was provided afterwards and without consulting me on the price increased. I appreciate the employee for assessing the need for a better product for my vehicle but I just wished the price increase could’ve been communicated prior to final payment.

They do not honor the buy 5 and get 1 free card that they hand out. I have purchased many oil changes with speedee and they gave me the buy 5 and get 1 free card. I used one of my 2 cards finally the last time I got an oil change and I decided to use my second one this last time and was told that they would not honor it because I already used one. I would not have this card if I had not purchased enough oil changes to earn it. I don't understand why they hand out these cards if we are only allowed to use it only one time eve... read more
