They really go above and beyond to help customers out -- it was refreshing to see how kind everybody who works there is. I dropped my car off for repairs and when they saw I was going to have to call a taxi to go back home and wait they offered to have someone drive me instead. Danny, the employee who helped me out and drove my car back to the shop after I took it home, was very courteous and incredibly helpful. Made the experience so much easier for me!
RecommendedIt's my cars first service outside the dealership and I'm impressed!! The owner, Bruce, is really nice and straight forward about what is needed. The techs are great - Chris took extra care to make sure there was no splatter when he was done! Cool bonus is I got to watch the service on tv! Plus donuts are always a welcome touch in the morning!!
TERRIBLE experience. We sent our son there to get an oil change and he specifically requested the inexpensive oil. They charged $90 for an oil change. Who has ever heard of such a thing? My husband called to discuss with them and get more details and the lady at the front desk hung up on him. We will never go there again!

the day i went there it was raining so i had to use my wipers which were fine. when they came to recommend addition services i was told my wiper blade was ripped but not to worry for an additional $20 it could be fixed. They were fine when i left my car with them but i left with at least a 4 inch tear and they did the same thing to me last time but i thought nothing of it because it was sunny and i had not used them. RecommendedI’ve been coming to this place practically since they opened 14 years ago. They go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. This week, I was concerned about the transmission fluid they used in my hybrid and the owner himself went out and got Honda-brand specifically for my car. Another time he gave me a ride home in his classic car. Nicest people! 5 stars
