Came in for an oil change and was told 30 minutes. They failed to tell me they needed to order my filter, because it was not in stock. Had me waiting for over an hour without keeping me updated, or informed. knowing that I would of went somewhere else. I was quoted 79$ for full synthetic oil I explained to the guy that I didn't pay that much the last time I came. I was told it's an estimated cost. They should have the flat rate of what the cost is going to be. I never will come back again. very unprofessional.

Went this morning to get oil change I waited fr someone to come up to me & no one acknowledged me I ended up going inside. Then manager told me he would honor $10 coupon but the receptionist only discounted $7 & it’s not the $3 difference it’s honoring what you say 3rd the workers are slow. The worker asked regarding sm work on vehicle & he kept stating “I don’t know I don’t know the maintenance or work done on this car” well of course you don’t know it’s not yr car I don’t expect you to know.
