Came in for an oil change and was told 30 minutes. They failed to tell me they needed to order my filter, because it was not in stock. Had me waiting for over an hour without keeping me updated, or informed. knowing that I would of went somewhere else. I was quoted 79$ for full synthetic oil I explained to the guy that I didn't pay that much the last time I came. I was told it's an estimated cost. They should have the flat rate of what the cost is going to be. I never will come back again. very unprofessional.
My husband tried to do my oil change today and could not get the oil filter off due to them putting the filter on to tight and in the process he could tell it was halfway stripped
