One of our employees took our service pickup in. SpeeDee replaced the spark plugs. After noticing that the truck was no performing well, he took it to another shop, who reported that the plugs had not been tightened properly. Sometimes those things happen. I courteously asked for a reasonable credit for the mistake...which was denied. I'm not going back.
