Stay ways from this location customer service sucks. They act as if you are doing them a favor for having an oil change. And even worst if you at 730 their technician wont come in till 8. Just wait and go to dukes oil change
Car was repaired quickly and professionally
General Manager, Sal, was extremely helpful when I came in to get my brake light replaced. He was very professional and immediately took care of my issue. If you need an oil change or bulb replacement, I recommend stopping in at the Dundee location in Palatine. You will not be disappointed!
These guys are outstanding! Sal repaired my car in the most efficient manner and quickly sent me on my way! I am so happy to find them. From now on I'm taking all of my cars here for repairs!
