I was told it was going to take 30 mins for an oil change. I arrive ready to drive in for the oil change but i noticed that this speedy doesn’t have a building where you go in on one side and come out of the the other side. So i get off the car hoping someone would take my keys. I didn’t park on a parking spot, I technically parked on the side of the office entrance. It was my 1st time using this place and it was amazing Billy at the front desk was super helpful and got me in the system and one of there mechanics got me right on the lift for my oil change and I was in and out at a fair price definitely going again and will be using from now on thanks to Billy!
Amazing service, love this place.
Terrible experience. the recipient insisted on having oil change on my car when I don’t need to. And when I refused, and ask few questions. The manager started charging standard maintenance check, which was supposed to be free normally.
