Facility was clean and NOT crowded with people. Employees were great. Mechanic was very friendly, polite and professional. John informed me on the work he did on my vehicle and made notes on recommendations, but didn’t try to press me on unnecessary expenses. Very honest and FAST while maintaining quality of work! GREEDY , LAZY & UNQUALIFIED. These ppl should be sued! After 20 years of services, the last 2 have led to a $5,000.00 transmission nightmare. The 17 point check has proven to be a joke, once the technician showed his skill level, by claiming to have checked the transmission fluid without ever starting the vehicle. Two days after services, they claimed to have fulfilled in 17 point check, the transmission was BONE DRY. They have no place in this industry
Came in for the first time. They’re great! Very friendly. Attentive. Provided information back to me before doing the work. Gave great recommendations on future repairs. Noticed other issues and quickly had the team check to make sure all future repairs or “come” ups were working properly. Definitely a place to keep in mind if you need breaks or service!
