This branches poor communication made a dangerous situation for me and my family Was told one hour to get my car on the bay for a break inspection I really needed that day because my breaks are failing and I have kids to drive around. I was told an hour which was reasonable within my time frame so I agreed. 2.5 hours later my car was sitting in the parking spot not even touched.
