One star is too much...The wrong oil filter was installed on my truck. This caused my vehicle’s engine to seize up. We didn’t know what was happening to our truck so we took it to our dealer for repair and they informed us that Speedee installed an oil filter for a smaller vehicle. Metal fragments were found in the oil filter and engine. We informed SpeeDee but they offered to have the truck towed to their shop and take care of the repair themselves. The manager is nice and approachable. He would go beyond his efforts to keep his customers happy. The guy who did my car was fast. He answered all of my questions. I told him about a noise that I heard and he took the time to give it another test drive just to see if there is something wrong
My car was having some major issues! when I went to Speedee I found those guys to be very knowledgeable and honest, they showed me what the problem was on my car and explained every thing very well. Still before I authorized the repair I checked around for prices and found them to be the most reasonable in the area. I got my car back the same day and haven't had any problems with the work they did since. I love these guys and would definately recommend them to anyone..
