The Montfort Location worst owner ever!!!! He still owes me a bottom shield to my car. His mechanics did not put my shield back on correctly and it fell down while I driving on the highway. A giant piece fell off and went into traffic behind me. It could of killed someone or seriously injured myself even. The owner Bruce I think is his name didn't care and said he was not going to pay for a new one. My shield fell off twice and he ignores phone calls still. He will also never call you back. Great service! There was a mix up when I first arrived at the shop. They did everything to make it right! Lobby was comfortable.
I got an oil change a couple of days ago, synthetic $82.50. They were very nice. I'm sure the oil is okay. The reason for the two stars is that I was told that my battery was at half strength or worse, and that I needed a new battery right away- $159.00. I went up to Auto Zone on Savannah Hwy. A very helpful person checked my battery and and alternator. Both were fine. I checked the price of a new installed battery while I was there just to see- a little over a hundred bucks. I'm not going back to Speedee.
Do not take your vehicle there! Unprofessional staff, especially Chris. The guy acts like an arrogant child, is unprofesional, and knows nothing about cars and parts! ASE certified...bull..that is a joke!! Chris and mechanics better grow up before someone dies from their work. Pathetic Chris, pathetic !!!!!
Horrible service from a bunch of morons that can't even speak English. Not only could they not perform the work that they said they could do, but they changed the price on me. They said my vehicle needed Synthetic oil. Based off of their reviews I've been reading online, I'm not the only one they've done this too.
This location is HORRIBLE, Unprofessional, has Bad Customer Service, and Disrespectful. Do not go to this location ever! If they had good customer service why doesn't he respond to the unhappy customers? Yes they are quick, however the owner is rude if a "repair" wasn't repaired. The warranty states you could have it repaired at another "approved" location but the owner will not allow you to do so. Beware.....these people will rip you off! Took my vehicle in to get serviced for what should have been a simple repair job. First I was charged twice the price of what it should have cost! Second, to my discovery the work that should have been done to my vehicle wasn't done at all! Almost 800 bucks down the drain. If you need repair work done especially if your a woman "Do Not Bring It To This Shop because they are definitely in the business of taking your hard earned money and very dishonest!
I highly recommend them they do a great job on my car
