I guess the manager has some problems identifying herself or himself. That is the reason why this place is confused and disorganized.

Had an excellent experience here last night. Shop Manager Raven took care of us was very knowledgeable when we had our unit taken there for a vibration hunt. We went through a process of elimination together and figured out what was going on. Very thorough shop manager who you can tell came from the tech side of things! He treated us with respect and patience and all of this while our trailer was getting loaded. Thank you Raven.
