I checked in at 11:00 AM, and it's now 5:30 PM. All this time just to repair one flat tire. This is completely unacceptable. Most of the service bays were empty, yet nobody seemed willing to help or provide any updates. It feels like no one values customers' time here. Does this location even have a manager? MJ at the service desk seems to be living in a music video. Walks around in shades, barely addresses the customer standing directly in front of him. Says he’ll guide you through the bay, but just stands there looking at his phone. During the hiring process, find ways to see if the candidate suffers from TikTok brain.
