The staff at this location were very nice and knowledgeable with the issue I had with my truck plus the wait was not too long considering how busy it was. Right off the interstate 55 most of the time especially on weekends it’s typically busy with long wait hours but they definitely get the job done. Overall the service was great with no complaints plus they had me back on the road.
Saturday morning, 2 hours in shop for pm service, still not done. They started working on me as soon as I was in bay 1. Probably another hour or so. I wasn't in a rush, but that's just crazy for 30 minutes job...
