Workers stand around and talk more than they work. 3+ hour wait for a simple annual inspection. Looks like Pilot/Flying J will get my work from now on.
No one else wouldn't unbolt my 5th wheel here they did it, moved it in 30 min asap nice...
NO GOOD experience. We came in for an oil change and were told there was a wait, which we understood — but we ended up waiting over an hour just to get the car in. Then it took nearly two more hours to finish a basic oil change. Ridiculously slow and inefficient. We've had oil changes done before, but never anything this frustrating. We arrived at 2:36 PM and didn’t leave until 5:32 PM. Definitely won’t be coming back.
