extremely rude and lacks any type of communication/ customer service skills. I purchased on a friday around noon through their ebay store, their ebay listing says that orders placed after 4:30pm will be shipped the next business day. I received a notice of tracking number created the following monday, no problem I understand maybe a little busy on friday.
