I wish i could put 0 stars. I called this company at 10a to schedule an estimate for my refrigerator/freezer which is not working properly. I needed an estimate to determine if I need a new one. All of my frozen items are defrosted and my refrigerator is barely keeping my parishables cold. The technical was scheduled to come to my home between 4 - 6pm.
