To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my frustration regarding my experience at your laundromat today. I came into the facility with the intention of washing two loads of laundry. When I attempted to reload my laundry card, I discovered that the card payment machine was not working and was informed that I would need to use cash instead. My washing machine was oh the blink so I needed to find a laundromat close by. Que was most helpful in explaining what I needed to do to get started. I will say that the machines only use a prepaid card and if you need to add value (which I did) you have to put a minimum of $10 if you are using a credit or debit card. I only needed 10 cents so I had to use a dollar and change is not given.
This was a great experience! My dryer is broken at home so I only had to dry clothes. It was clean a bear and Que helped me with a pleasant smile! Thank you so much for your great customer service😀
Chandra and Q were awesome!! We did a wash, dry and fold same day. Extremely efficient, clean. Best laundry place in town 100% recommend!!
I always come and very bad experience with Mrs. Lacha was that they had not stopped the washing machines and she was calling me to take out the clothes and then she told me that I could not use the phone if it was with headphones, I do not recommend the day that she is working terrible treatment
