My boyfriend went to go change my oil last night and noticed that the oil plug was stripped from being tightened way to much the last time I got my oil changed at this place. This has happened before with my boyfriends car so we already knew what happened. Today he goes to the same place to get the oil changed there instead. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be upselled and lied to!! I recently went in for an oil change after I called right before for prices the girl who answered(sabreena) said starting $65 for synthetic blend and $107 for full synthetic. (She was friendly) I came in soon after the guy who half assisted me (a older black guy) said we don’t have synthetic blend which I know is a lie because I been going to the oil changers in Fremont for a few years I just stopped at this location because my sister lives close by.
