Had my coolant refilled and oil changed by Romeo. Very fast service and knowledgeable individual. Will be returning.
Immediately I was asked to upgrade or add on every single service they offered. I understand that this is a business, but this was fishy. I just wanted an oil change and they try to take advantage of people who don’t know much about cars. I had to verbally tell the employee that I don’t want to be upsold and then he shouted it out for the entire shop to hear. Very strange experience and I won’t be back to this location. Oh and they ask for a tip at the end…
