I usually always check Google reviews before making a decision, but this time I didn't have time, so I didn't look at all. It's a complete disgrace; such a business is unacceptable. Everything is based solely on making money and ripping people off. $130 isn't a lot of money, but why should my $130 go to waste? I lost that money, but they lost it for $130 for 3 customers. I would never recommend that place to anyone, not even a lightbulb.
They installed a piece on my car that did not work correctly. I walked in right after the install to tell them and they refused to return it.

I took my 2016 Honda Civic LX to this shop because all the warning lights had been coming on due to an electrical issue for about a month. Even with the warning lights, the car had been running perfectly fine with no drivability problems. They kept my car for about 1.5 to 2 hours to diagnose the issue.
