BAD SERVICE
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely feel like I was scammed. I was quoted $1000 to fix the rear bumper on my 2012 Camry, including pulling the frame so the bumper would align properly. I specifically confirmed this before agreeing. However, when I picked up the car, there was a huge gap between the bumper and the body because the frame was never fixed, yet I was still charged the full amount. should have listened to my gut... they told me be there at 4:00, I left at 6:30. I literally sat and listened to every single customer complain about something. I walked In to someone complaining. they finally welded my exhaust tip on, but placed it completely crooked, and cut too much of my muffler off. they finally answered and told me come back in a week .. he then told me there's nothing they can do, the guy already cut too much off. plus the piece started rusting in less than a week. he didnt care at all..just brushed m... read more
