Stopped by today to ask a question before getting an oil change and the manager Rob was a rude acting like I was convenience him his attitude and the way he spoke was horrible. We all have bad days but a customer could always be a potential customer. I would urge anyone to go to a different speed lube like I did. They are much more cuatomer oriented .
Rob is the best! He has taken care of 2 of our vehicles for years & even helped me troubleshoot/fix non-oil-related car problems. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He also is very helpful in guiding new employees. I would rather go here and pay for an oil change than go to the dealership for a free one.
They were done within 10 to 15 minutes for a basic oil change that included vacuuming the car and filling the fluids! They even did their own inspection and explained to me the problems that they found. It was truly amazing! I will be back!
