Bad customer service, rude, and most of all, bad service. Beware of checking your paperwork before exiting the shop, most likely, they filled your engine with the oil you did not request or they did not check everything as they claimed. I have been a lifetime customer for over 15 years. Had a miss on 3 cylinders. I was told it was fuel injectors. I asked them to change them not knowing that they didn't have a machine to test for bad injectors. My perfectly good injectors were thrown away before the new ones arrived. $1600 worth of Lexus injectors. I had to pay to get new ones even though it wasn't my fault that they through the old good ones away. Matt doesn't work here anymore and would have known that I want all my old parts.
