I have been a lifetime customer for over 15 years. Had a miss on 3 cylinders. I was told it was fuel injectors. I asked them to change them not knowing that they didn't have a machine to test for bad injectors. My perfectly good injectors were thrown away before the new ones arrived. $1600 worth of Lexus injectors.
