I only wish there was a zero star rating. Not only did they put the wrong oil filter on our van, but after it wouldn't build oil pressure they advised my wife to drive it anyway. They said that happened all the time. After she called our normal mechanic who told her to absolutely NOT drive it, they finally discovered the wrong filter. They were kind enough to point out that they wouldn't even charge her.
