If you are looking for a quick oil change or basic services for your automobile, I would recommend Speed Lube. The young men were very courteous and got me out quickly.
I must say that as of now I do not think highly of Speed Lube. My husband went in Thursday morning to get the oil changed in his car. Today as I'm going through the papers in the car I realize that they argued him for somebody else for a Linda that drives a totally different car than his. He says that they had his info and car up on the screen. So I don't know how if it was on the screen he got charged for somebody else's car underneath that person's name. I went in and you people didn't plug where the oil drained and my engine could have blown up. Wall Mart refused to touch it because YOU messed up. I will be up there tomorrow. It needs to be fixed.
We took our Chevy Silverado in for an oil change and were told they didn't have an oil filter, but if we went and got one we would be reimbursed...we purchased one from a store up the road and then we were reimbursed $2 for an $11.87 filter. When we complained, we were told that this is "policy" and it must have been a "misunderstanding". Apparently it is normal for customers to purchase their supplies for them when they run out. Shameful service! The customer is always wrong.
I had my trucks oil/fluids changed and on my way home the truck started revving up and up and up had to use both feet to get it slowed down to stop. . Breaks smoking country road in the rain! The gentleman from speed lube came to us in the rain to help..turned out it wasn't anything they did but they still cared enough to come help.. apologized even though it wasn't his fault located and fixed the problem. you won't get that at Walmart I assure you. . thank you for going above and beyond!
