in and out in less than 15 min is why I continue to go here. solid.
So apparently the last time I had an oil change, it was filled completely up to 10 qts! My car is supposed to take 4.4. The dipstick was filled all the way to the handle. The only reason I know is when I went to have it changed somewhere else while I was out of town, they informed me how dangerous this was for my engine. Urbana location...Since when does a oil change not include airing up tires and vacuum floor mats??? I'll be looking for a different place after coming here for 20 years. Disappointed

First of all, I am a regular at the one in Champaign, but decided to try the one in Urbana today. CLAYTON especially was attentive and just a funny kid. He was top-notch! And I would love to give him recognition for his outstanding customer service and great personality. I AM BLOWN AWAY by how wonderful the service was compared to Champaign.
