I ordered my long tube headers over 2 months ago they keep getting pushed back more and more I’m honestly so disappointed in how they are handling this ima go ahead and just return everything I’ve already received
Terrible customer service, I placed a order months ago they had no problem taking my money on a item that was on back-order that they failed to tell me about until I called in a month later also payed for expedited shipping, they told me they would be shipped out on the 27th I waited 2 days past the 27th for tracking info still nothing so I called them again asked when my items would be to me they said 2 more weeks 😂😂 I would rather pay more money somewhere else with better communication skills and customer service so I ca... read more
Great company and products. But awful at availability and updating customers on back order headers. Ordered a set (said in stock) next day they updated to back order for 2 weeks, no biggy after 2 weeks they updated it to over a 2 month wait. If I was informed I would have went somewhere else……
Bought an exhaust system , got system and it was missing hardware. I called and told me the time was in clearance and that it wasn’t included. This was not mentioned in the description.
Speed Engineering is fantastic. The parts are reasonably priced, arrive as expected, and fit perfectly. I installed long tube headers along with a true dual exhaust and had no issues during installation. The quality is great and their customer service has been excellent as well.
