Items came in a timely manner and were not damaged or broken but two were accidentally ordered within a minute of each other and while asking about returning it they still charged me a restocking fee and the customer service representative wasn’t trained correctly on how to talk or provide any customer service and wasn’t thankful for business given or anything. I’m a first time customer and huge on customer service and first impression was not to agreeable with this company
Ordered headers and they arrived quickly. I ordered hardware and gaskets as well. To run the headers their xpipe is required. I added the xpipe to my order using drop down menus on the headers order page. NO INDICATION OF STOCK ISSUES. Received my order and no xpipe in the box. The xpipe required for install... Called and was told they are out until 5/29 per the website. The order page for headers had 0 indication of 5/29 ship date, only the dedicated page for the xpipe shows that(checked after calling). I ordered my long tube headers over 2 months ago they keep getting pushed back more and more I’m honestly so disappointed in how they are handling this ima go ahead and just return everything I’ve already received
Terrible customer service, I placed a order months ago they had no problem taking my money on a item that was on back-order that they failed to tell me about until I called in a month later also payed for expedited shipping, they told me they would be shipped out on the 27th I waited 2 days past the 27th for tracking info still nothing so I called them again asked when my items would be to me they said 2 more weeks 😂😂 I would rather pay more money somewhere else with better communication skills and customer service so I ca... read more
