They send you a replacement spark plug wire for free. I paid to have it overnighted so it would be here Wednesday or thrusday. I missed the so called cutoff time to send it out tuesday. So it was picked up Wednesday morning at 11:33 am. The package so called got lost in transit. But it showed up in louisville, Kentucky and sat there. They moved along to Buffalo. Great customer service. The headers and mid pipes worked great. I ordered the upgraded parts and one of my header gaskets arrived damaged. I called them and they immediately sent out a new set after verifying the damage. This is a company that takes care of their customers. Shipping was good. I will definitely shop here again and I will highly recommend them to others.
Bought a full exhaust for my GMC and the muffler came apart on the inside making a rattle. Instead of selling the muffler they make you buy another kit rendering your kit totally worthless. Why not sell the muffler so we can fix the kit instead of paying that much for a full kit instead of just replacing a simple muffler??? Also when you call, they kind of have a snarky attitude and just makes the experience that much worse.
