As soon as I walked in I had a bad feeling about this place. I immediately received uninviting stares from staff members. Person who showed cards to be was very rude and was not very enthusiastic or descriptive when answering my questions. Unbelievable service, do not go here.

My mother went to look at a 2015 Audi Q5 here and it was a terrible experience. The car had obvious issues that didn’t match how it was advertised, which immediately killed any trust we had in the dealership. It felt like they were trying to pass off a problem car and hope no one noticed. The only positive was Bashir — he was polite and professional. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. We walked away and would not recommend buying from here.
