My son attends therapy here too, with a different therapist than our other locations — also excellent. The quality is consistent across all three offices, and coordinating schedules between locations has been seamless. Couldn't be happier.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this office has handled my child’s care and, in particular, its communication with our family. Our OT canceled three weeks in a row. We knew about the first cancellation in advance, but were not properly informed about the subsequent cancellations. When appointments finally resumed last week, the office called that day asking us to move the appointment to an hour later. I'm leaving this review so other families know what to expect. Before booking, we called the front desk more than once to confirm this office was in network with our insurance; each time we were told yes, you are covered. We then waited two weeks for the appointment. When we finally came in, the provider who saw our toddler was cold and disorganized; there was no warmth, no patience, and no real effort to connect with a small child, which is the bare minimum I would expect from a pediatric therapy office. My son Ayden has been struggling all of a sudden he stops eating normally. Later found he has an eating disorder with my daughter’s help found out it might be ARFID to my surprise everywhere I turned no doctor knew what I was talking about so now more investigation we ended up finding SPEECH THERAPY it’s close to home so we tried. My daughter’s pediatrician recommended that she have PT for mild torticollis when she was 2 months old. She worked weekly with Ms. Sarah Kleinman until she was 5 months and had a wonderful experience. She is now ahead of her milestones and thriving. We really enjoyed our time with Ms. Sarah and would recommend her to anyone whose child needs PT. Thank you so much, Ms. Sarah. Penelope and I will miss you!
