I have never had a worse experience dealing with medical administration and that is a garguantually high bar to cross. I actively feel like they DO NOT WANT me to see their specialists. I have to call 3 to 4 times every 3 weeks just for someone to, eventually, pick up VERY ANNOYED that I am bothering them, only to tell me "oh that thing you needed us to work on last time wasn't done, give us 3 more weeks, bye" and basically hang up. I'll follow up if they ever actually let me see one of their specialists.

This review has absolutely no reflection on the therapist because they are phenomenal however, the front office manager (older woman) is so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. My mom had an appointment today and once we arrived the office manager stated we canceled. After I showed her the appointment confirmation on my phone she stated “what do you want me to do? I have another patient here in that spot that I’ve had to reschedule 3 times”. She obviously gave our appointment away and instead of owning up to the mistake ... read more

My grandmother has a great experience when she sees Miss Leah R. She’s a great speech therapist and she truly cares about her patients. She’s always trying to help my grandma with her dementia and provides guides and homework to improve her condition. I hope for her to continue going here.
