I was very disappointed with my experience with the Speech and Learning Institute. We went through a very challenging divorce and during the process Jaclyn would only communicate with my husband who paid the bill. Jaclyn testified in my divorce on my husband’s behalf stating I missed appointments that my husband made on my behalf without my knowledge. I couldn’t be more thankful to Jaclyn and her staff! My thee year old used to have really bad separation anxiety and now walks in there no problem. We have seen tremendous progress with him! I also have a 21 months old that sees miss Jillian and the tenderness and careness she has towards him warms my heart!! The staff is amazing and companionate, I am very happy that we have found this practice.
We are very thankful for Jaclyn and the team that served our family so well. They did an excellent job at evaluating, assessing, and helping our son in his needed areas. All the staff members were friendly which made our son comfortable and excited to be there. Highly Recommend
