First thing the number they give you does NOT work. It tells you to arrive 15 minutes when arriving it’s on the 2nd floor. Door is locked and no communication on what to do when we arrived. Contacted the manager to see if he could help. No and had a nasty attitude. I hear him call her and Ashley finally comes out and say we will get started at 2. Time of appointment she is very rude.
