Jim is always so helpdul
These drivers are so rude. They refuse to take direction when delivering to a business. They leave packages out in the open to get damaged/stolen. Pick another carrier if you got freight, these guys suck big time.
Worst company to ship a package with! I had a package sent to me from a location 3hrs away and 6 days later it still didn't show up...
