Great parcel delivery service. Super convenient hours, best low cost with dependable delivery.
Unreliable. I scheduled pickup on weds, was told they would come thursday, they didn't show. I emailed and they assured me that if they picked up on Friday the package would arrive in MPLS Monday. They didn't show Friday. Now I have to make a 9 hour round trip to deliver a package they failed to show up for. I called Friday night, they said they were closed and couldn't do anything to help. If you have urgent important packages and you go with this company you're toying with high risk there will be no follow through. Ship UP... read more
Jim is always so helpdul
These drivers are so rude. They refuse to take direction when delivering to a business. They leave packages out in the open to get damaged/stolen. Pick another carrier if you got freight, these guys suck big time.
