On hold for ever waiting for customer service. Finally get someone on the phone who is very rude. Company has damaged many products for us. Never deliver packages on time. Pay more use another company.
These guys have the worst customer service. Sometimes I accidently get something sent by Speedee, they will often not deliver to my small town unless there are other packages to deliver, so I will have to wait days longer than UPS or any other service. They customer service people put you on constant hold. It's not great customer repoir.

We get deliveries daily from Speedee, USPS, and UPS. Speedee is so reliable and the driver is super nice. :) Thank you!
