Driver drops off at least one package a day that is damaged to my business. Whether it is torn open or stepped on. There is no attempt to tape the boxes or anything. Also they drop off packages upside down which has caused damaged in the past. We package large items in the bottom of the box and small parts on top. Driver has nothing to say about any of this

Our driver is too lazy to walk down our driveway and bring my package to our door so he leaves it at the end of the driveway, hoping nobody steals it like they did last time when he left it in the mud at the end of the driveway
Van 2677 was speeding on adventureland drive this morning. This area was a 35 mph. Safety first
A relative didn't receive a shipment from this company. Called in, they said it was delivered at a time when people were at the house, but there was no delivery at that time. They proceeded to just hang up instead of figure out what went wrong.
