They don't pay attention to arrows on boxes. Our plants arrived with boxes on there side and dirt and plants were all mixed up. Driver acted like it's nothing. There were other boxes in his truck with arrows that were upside down and some on there sides. We pay for product and shipping and then it comes like this 🤦♂️
Very impressed with deliveries from this company! Every time they deliver, they are kind and willing to help with a heavy box if needed. Far better than other delivery company’s that just throw the heavy box on my front porch, damaging the goods and box.
