Did not make sure my grandmother's package reached her and was left at the front of her apartment building where her package was stolen. Attempts to reach out to customer service resulted with a woman who told my grandmother, "you should've answered the call then." There was no call. Very rude.
Driver drops off at least one package a day that is damaged to my business. Whether it is torn open or stepped on. There is no attempt to tape the boxes or anything. Also they drop off packages upside down which has caused damaged in the past. We package large items in the bottom of the box and small parts on top. Driver has nothing to say about any of this

Our driver is too lazy to walk down our driveway and bring my package to our door so he leaves it at the end of the driveway, hoping nobody steals it like they did last time when he left it in the mud at the end of the driveway
