Instead of telling me they don’t have refrigerated vehicles, they took my money and let my 300lbs of beef rot in a warehouse.
The delivery drivers are very unreliable, often leaving packages in unsecured locations where they can easily be lost or stolen. I've had my packages go missing twice. Additionally, their customer service is poor; they keep you on hold for extended periods and rarely resolve the issues.
