Horrible!!!!! Do not come here! I made an appointment for a balyage, cut and blowdry and was extremely disappointed to see the final result. It took my stylist over 5 hours to color correct and still mess up my hair. When I asked her for a medium chocolate brown hair tone defined by sun kissed tresses I got red copper roots accompanied by penny streaks from 1999! Her name is Diana Caruso and she's a liar!
