The front office is friendly and efficient. My preliminary exam was done quickly but not hurriedly. My actual exam was performed with an emphasis on current issues as well as discussing the progression (or regression) of my vision. Worth every penny.
Made an appointment at in the evening the day before late. When we showed up to the appointment the next day at 11, they said that the appointment had been canceled. They had already confirmed that the appointment was still there. And they turned this away, and I still can’t see. They also sent an email saying that I canceled and that in fact did not happen.
