Incompetent desk workers at this location and Adelanto. I called because I was worried my Son had injured himself. They then told me they would call me back because they had to check his insurance, needless to say no call back. I must say their business hours are crazy. The receptionist can use some extra training. Their very kind all the employees including the Dr. Ive never had an incident where the employees are rude. I have seen some ppl get nasty with the receptionist, but they handle the situation well. I really really like the Dr. Shes the best one in my opinion. I have been to a few different pediatricians, its been 5 yrs now and I dont plan on leaving even tho the business days are crazy the Dr. Is the one that keeps me going. If they were... read more
