Friendly professional helpful staff would definitely recommend
Spectrum has wonderful counsellors and clinicians offering all types of treatment including couple's therapy, anxiety treatment, neurodivergence related issues, concerns, and education, trauma, PTSD and they even have a therapist trained in EMDR. They have also recently added a Naturopathic Doctor to the team. Perfect location in Downtown Dartmouth. Highly recommend.
