This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Tim is extremely knowledgeable and a true perfectionist. He works on your project as if it were his own home, with incredible attention to detail. We had Spectrum Systems wire our new construction house for shades, intending to start by ordering a few shades but have pre-wiring in place for more. When we were ready to finalize wiring and place the shade order, Tim said that starting with a smaller order made the job not profitable and he stopped returning our calls. Switching vendors when someone has pre-wired your house is expensive. Spectrum Systems is likely fine for smaller jobs, but I'd think carefully before engaging them on a long-term project.
Working with Spectrum Systems has been terrific. I only wish I had known about them sooner for other home design needs! I needed new shades throughout my home, and Tim and Dana were fantastic. They guided us through all our options and gave us expert advice on details we had trouble imagining ourselves. Tim, Dana and the team outperformed and exceeded our expectations in every regard throughout a large project. We had previously struggled to find a competent Lutron dealer in the Bay Area. They were amazing in taking service to a new level while saving us lots of money by reusing the wiring from a previous owner.
Spectrum Systems SF is an incredible company, professional, good pricing and a class act. This includes the sales process, ordering and their professional installation. Good quality companies and contractors today are so hard to find; Dana Wasylenko their Director of Sales was astounding.
