My experience with Spectrum Systems was extremely positive from initial contact through installation and final follow up. My project consisted of a single, VERY large shade, 15' wide and 12' tall. Tim was incredibly attentive to details in planning and installation. Dana's customer service is unparalleled. They are so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their services and products.
After a rocky whole-house renovation, we were feeling contractor fatigue and were not looking forward to dealing with window treatments. Working with Dana and Tim turned that around. Dana & Tim were amazing to work with. They really stay focused on customer needs and preferences. We wwnt with a mix of product lines. Communication & installation was a breeze working with them. The shades are georgeous. Thanks for helping us choose the best selection for our new home.
Tim and his team worked on two different homes for us. One replacing cans with LED and installing and programming a new Lutron RadioRa3 lighting control system. The other upgrading a larger home with existing Lutron lighting and shades throughout from RadioRa2 to RadioRa3. I cannot recommend Tim and his team strongly enough. Best I’ve ever worked with.
We had a great experience with the team at Spectrum Systems. The team installed Lutron motorized shades and the result is exactly what we needed- exceptional form and function. Tim and Dana were very helpful from the initial consultation to the final installation of controllers for our shades. Their professionalism and insights made the process incredibly easy.
